As part of our ongoing commitment to employee well-being, we continue to host our regular Let’s Move On Yoga Class for the team.
This session was led by our experienced coach, Samantha, who thoughtfully designed the practice to support those of us who spend long hours sitting at our desks. The class focused on gentle stretches and yoga postures targeting the neck, shoulders, back, and hips—helping to relieve tension, improve flexibility, and restore balance.
Through mindful movement and controlled breathing, participants were able to step away from their busy schedules and reconnect with their bodies in a calm and supportive environment.
