As part of our ongoing wellness journey, we continue to explore activities that support a healthier and more balanced lifestyle at work. On 28 March 2026, we introduced something a little different — Pilates.
Our Let’s Move On – Pilates Class brought colleagues together for a session focused on core strength, posture, and controlled movement. Through guided exercises and mindful breathing, everyone had the chance to strengthen their bodies while improving flexibility and stability.
The session was both energizing and rewarding, offering a refreshing way to stay active while relieving stress from the workday.
We’re excited to see such great participation and enthusiasm from the team, and we remain committed to organizing regular wellness activities like this for everyone to enjoy.
