Evergreen Max Cash Capital Bhd (EMCC) reported a 95.6% year-on-year jump in first-quarter net profit to RM13.7 million, lifted by robust growth across its pawnbroking and gold businesses. Revenue climbed 47.3% to RM67.6 million for the quarter ended 31 March 2026, supported by higher gold prices and increased pawn loan disbursements.
